On the news yesterday, they mentioned a bridal store that has gone bankrupt. The problem is, that’s where my mom purchased her outfit for my sister’s wedding!!! Now, she may not even get the dress or her money back!! Plus, to make matters worse, their sister store is where the bridesmaids got their dresses. Now what??!!

My sister has been trying to contact the store and is just getting the answering machine which is full, so she can’t even leave a message. The bridesmaids dresses were suppose to be in at the beginning of May. It’s now the end of May, and we have yet to get anything!!

So this weekend, we’ll probably go and check it out because this can turn the whole wedding upside down. It takes months to receive dress orders and it would be too late to order new dresses for my sister’s wedding which is in August. Plus, we PAID so much for the dresses!!! ARGHH!!!

This is a friggin’ nightmare!! Of all these to go wrong…the store had to go bankrupt. WTF!!

Ya, you heard that right!! I was in the mood to bake this morning and ended up baking yummy cupcakes. They turned out really great considering the fact that I suck at baking. LOL!

My mother even suggested that I make these for my sister’s bridal shower that is coming up in just two short weeks. I agreed as I know that all the children that are coming will definitely enjoy eating these. So without further ado, here are two photos of the cupcakes I baked. One is chocolate with chocolate frosting and sprinkles on top. The other is vanilla with french vanilla frosting and sprinkles on top.

And yes…they are as delicious as they look!! LOL!

Finally…an update in regards to my other post about my domain being held hostage by the web hosting company I am with for my other site.

I took the advice from the previous owner of the company and the advice of my people online and tried making contact with the current owner of the company. What I ended up doing was making the problem known publicly so others are aware of the situation, emailing him, sending in a million support tickets, search his name and finding him on message boards in which I signed up just to send him a private message. I even found another hosting company he manages and sent in messages on there too.

And finally today…I get an email from GoDaddy stating that I have a pending domain transfer! You cannot believe how happy I was when I received that email. Like I mentioned before, it’s not a domain I want to give up because….

• I have a great pagerank
• The domain is one I’ll be using for my future photography business

…hence why I didn’t want to give it up no matter what. I’m just happy that this problem has been resolved and I have my domain in my own control to do what I will with it. Now all I have to do is upgrade my current hosting account and continue transferring over all of my websites so I can be done with Pixelled-Solutions.com ONCE AND FOR ALL!!

…I guess I am considering I just bought some romantic movies. So what did I get? Let’s see…I bought the new movie called “P.S. I Love You”. This movie looks really great! Then I also bought another classic - “The Notebook”. Now I just have to wait for them to arrive. I hope before the end of the week but I have a feeling it will be Monday. Oh well…I have more movies to watch in the meantime.

I use to stand behind this company 100%…that was before when Nile owned it then Anna. Both of them were extremely helpful and responded back to support tickets promptly. It was amazing, truly it was. I gave them props whenever someone asked where they could find good hosting. After all, I didn’t have any problems with them then….

Now, some ass wipe bought the company named Kevin Barker…and it’s all going downhill. He doesn’t respond to support tickets or even care (so it seems). Like shit…I even added him to msn and aim for support and he has NEVER signed in once!! Like WTF!!!

All I want is my domain for my main site. I first bought it through their hosting back in 2006 when Nile managed it and didn’t transfer ownership to myself. *hits self* … so it’s being managed by the Pixelled-Solutions company. Therefore, I can’t change nameservers and such because it’s not in my own GoDaddy account, but in theirs. FUCK!!!!!!

I am NOT HAPPY one bit. Seriously…all I want it my domain…that’s it!! Is it that much to ask for. Geeze…I’m started to transfer my sites over one by one to the new hosting company I’m with called VoNetwork. At least they answer their support tickets, can be contacted on aim, and even have an active forum in case you need help with anything.

Right now I’m with their $12/year hosting. Cheap isn’t it?? And fabulous I might add. But I’ll be upgrading to a reseller account. I have too many websites I manage, plus family and friends, so I need the extra space and bandwidth.

If it wasn’t for Jenn and the message she had on Lavish, I’d probably would of never knew about how great a hosting company like VoNetwork truly is.
